Review of 1 Day Coach Tour to Terra-cotta Warriors and Banpo Museum by Philipus

Worst tour so far for me and family because when finish guide dont want send back to hotel (she tell to go by taxi) 1. Guide good when welcoming us in hotel 2. first we go banpo village guide ok, explain enough info 3. In shop she so patient waiting (no limit time for sure) in coach she offering dance dinner tang dynasti and we agree buy 4 tickets for our family 4. arrive terracotta and lunch before go inside, lunch good 5. go terracotta before she offering rent audio support because she sure we cannot listen her voice during inside terracotta (why company not include this things in package if every guide sure we cannot listen her explanation inside?) finally every phase she just explain 2-3 minutes and give free time and tell the meeting points. she look tired already and not focus. 6. finish terracotta, my uncle feel tired and cancel go tang dynasti dance and want company send him back to hotel (other 3 still go tang dance)without asking any money back (we pay 4 tickets already) and guide say ok. 7. Bus go from terracotta and guide forget 2 people still inside and not in the coach, guide not counting and pay attention to all customers in coach. coach u turn again and waiting 2 people. 8. after some way and i check google map only 13 mins to my hotel, guide coming and tell to my uncle to go by taxi, she cannot send him to hotel because traffic and to hotel still 30 mins and other need to go tang dynasti in time (even we booking tour pick up and send back to hotel and tang dynasti only optional) so you must go down, find taxi byself to back hotel in CHINA. 9. we deciding go down all and guide start to speak rude and tell everybody to back to coach and she will send to hotel, she not thinking what she do before and know she panic. we just go and asking our money tang dynasti back.
