The tour that you arranged was excellent. Please understand that after booking and paying for the tour, we were not able to contact your company to confirm times of pickup from our Beijing hotel. The hotel staff suggested that we relax and expect your company to arrive in the morning - your bus did arrive and we were very relieved. It was a fantastic tour that was well enjoyed. I suggest that in future, you company make better contact with people from overseas who have booked with you so they are put at ease. Please confirm your understanding of this and then I will post great feedback on Trip Advisor. Also, please let me know why I have been contacted by your company now when the tour was in April 2017 - which is 10 months ago.
