Very bad experience. We book a private tour.
- we had to insist very heavily to get the tour organised in the order we wanted.
- we have been stuck in a parking for 45 mins due to a dispute between the travel agency and the driver, we have not been told the reason or how long this would take. Not happy of being taken hostage of such a dispute during our holidays. Not acceptable at all.
Would not recommend.
