We booked the tour in Australia on the net, and we had prompt email confirmations. Tony also "spoke" to me online to discuss aspects of the tour. We received a call the previous night from Eric our guide, and he picked us up promptly the next morning (7:50am). We had a full day, and had more than enough time at the Great Wall and Ming Tombs. Eric was interesting and an excellent guide. We visited the Jade Factory (had a lovely lunch there) and the Silk factory (bought a quilt!). the time in the shopping components were fine. We travelled with two young children (7 year olds) and the guide accommodated them well. Would highly recommend the tour and Chinatour.net.
