I purchased the shuttle service to and from the train station. The driver was on-time and did a good job.
Ellen was our tour guide. She was very knowledgable. I had a great time on the tour. I can't recommend Chinatour and Ellen enough.
Coming back from the Great Wall (go! it is amazing) we got stuck in traffic. Ellen got me off the bus and took me to the subway and stayed with me the whole time to the station by my hotel. She then walked with me outside the station and made sure I could get back to the hotel.
It was a great tour! Great Wall and Forbidden City are not to be missed.
