We booked the tour in less than 24 hrs before the tour via web and received official confirmation almost immediately. Excellent, value for money tour if you have a short stay in Beijing. Confirmation was done properly via email & follow up via phone. Pick up was on time. Serlina, our tour guide was a cheery character that added fun to the whole trip. She shared a lot of fun facts well as informative ones about. China, Chinese culture and the visited sites. A reliable and professional tour company.
