Very friendly tour guide and overall great tour. In the future please be more transparent as to the additional costs for getting to the wall (we did not realize the shuttle also cost money)...

The tour of the wall was excellent and Eric, our tour guide, was more of a historian and gave tons of information on the long drive to the wall. That evening we had paid to see a show and were waiting at the designated spot but the driver never came and we never got a phone call or text. I've asked them to reimburse me for that expense. I'm still waiting on a reply...

The tour is well and efficiently organized, bringing you to the main sites of the Great Wall at Mutianyu. You get enough time to explore the Great Wall on your own (we had three hours). A drawback of the tour is the intransparancy regarding the pricing. The tour is sold for 22 USD. However, as soon as you arrive in Mutianyu the tour guide asks you to pay an additional 180 RMB for the transport and the entry to the Great Wall. An overall price would be more helpful to judge whether to book this trip or not...
