Our guide Lisa was great. We were only a group of three so could ask loads of questions. It's only a photo spot of the Olympic stuff from afar. Jade factory and tea ceremony were nice but think they really want you to buy stuff which we didn't. Got extra time on the wall which was geat, extra 100 yuan pp for cable car and toboggan (completely recommend btw was great fun), lunch was lovely (but no drinks included) and you do really have to tip 100 yuan at the end of the tour so I'd add an extra 200-300 yuan pp depending on if you want to shop
