Dear Kindly People,
We just arrived back home after our vacation period and we will thank you for the outmust good organised travel for us.
Our 11 day-travel (Beijing, Xian, Guilin, Guangzhou) and 6 days beach holydays in Hainan and 3 days in Shanghai were really fantastic.
Our vacation in China was like a wonderful dream, a fairy tail wherin we hoped it should never stops
China is a beautiful land and the Chinese people is very kind. We feld ourselves home everywhere in China.
We, of course, shall tell the story of our stay about China and send it to your internet site.
We , also will thank personally the persons of your staf who helped us to discover the real China, espacially; Nancy, Wang & Stella, they helped us in every way for the different tours and hotels, made the reservations and so on. We also will thank you for the nice private cars and vans that were at our disposal with friendly professional drivers and highly qualified lovely guides, whom we also will thank, beginning by the guides in Beijing with Sally; Kelly in Xian;Li in Guilin; Jacqueline in Guangzhou and Anna in Shanghai; Thanks to them we could see and discover much more than in our normal provided programme.
Once more, we will thank you for our splendid travel. We certainly shall tell enthusiastically our friends, neighbours and other people in the most possitive sense about our unforgetable traveling days.
By the way, while we were still in China, we received your email, that the Best Western Ruite Hotel in Shanghai expected us for one overnight on september 26. This hotel administration charge us one night room fee as nonshow penalty. We think there must be a misunderstanding for we tought you did the necessary to cancel this booking because you yourselves proposed us the Yinan hotel in Shanghai where we ordered 2 tours and one more overnight stay. Therefor that we will ask you to resolve this question.
