Day1:  Lunch & Dinner

In the morning, we will take early tour to Xilamuren grassland. After crossing the Yinshan main veins-Daqingshan , passing old revolutionary bases-Wuchuan County, we will arrived. For lunch, you can taste Mongolian flavor-grasping meat. Both mongolian girls and boys present you with the whith hada. In the afternoon, visit the herdsmen's family and you can understanding the sedentary lifestyle. Enjoy the mongolian flavor milk, milk food. visit the Mongolian festival shrines-Aobao Hill.

-Xilamuren grassland: Xilamuren, meaning "yellow river" in Mongolian, is located 100 kilometers north of Hohhot. Xilamuren Prairie, commonly known as Taihe, got its name from the Puhui Temple, a Lama temple built in the Qing Dynasty near the Xilamuren River. Constructed in 1769 during the reign of Emperor Qianlong, Puhui Temple was initially a resort of the Sixth Panchen Lama of Xilitu of Huhhot. With engraved beams and pictured purlins, the temple appears quite splendid.Xilamuren Prairie, a typical example on the plateau, is covered by green grass and fresh flowers every summer and autumn. Due to the continual investment of the local government, reception service is growing better and better. Thus, Xilamuren has become a popular scenic spot in Inner Mongolia.
-Ao Bao: The most common and grand sacrificial activity of the Mongolians is the sacrificing of Aobao. Aobao means heaps of stones. Aobao is normally set up in hills and mountains, it is a cone-shaped solid tower made of stone.A long pole is inserted on the top, fur or animal skin and cloth ribbons are tied on the pole end, rocks for incense are placedaround.Sacrificing of Aobao is mostly held in each June, July and August. When sacrificing, the worshipper will take Hadas,mutton, fermented milk and dairy food to the Aobao. Hadas and sacrifices will be presented firstly and Lamas will chant Buddhist scriptures and the other people will worship on bended knees. Then, they will addstone or wicker to the Aobao and colorful silk strips and Sutra streamers. After the sacrifice, such activities as horse races, wrestling and archery will be held, the event later will develop into a Nadamu meeting.

Day 2: Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner

Afrer visit the beautiful grassland spectacular sunrise breakfast, We travel to the vast power of the desert (300KM about 3.5 hours). Go across the Yellow River Bridge to visit our mother river -- the Yellow River.Ride on the famous camels roaming the vast desert (at their own expense). Have lunch in the desert, you can enjoy the grand privately Ordos wedding performances. After dinner, we will check in the yurt.
-Singing Sand Ravine: The Singing Sand Ravine, the state AAAA beauty spot, situated in the middle of the Dalate Banner in Ordos city Inner Mongolia. You can reach the spot through the highway from HuheHaote to the east of Baotou; it is 50 km far from the south of Baotou. It was assigned as the kinds of natural desert scenic spot, it was officially opened to the public by the Inner Mongolian Autonomous Region in January in 1984, and the Singing Sand Ravine was lined in the list of the state scenic spots in 1991, in 2002, it became the state AAAA beauty spot.Singing Sand Ravine，a perfect scenic spot is famous throughout the world for its singing capable sand , back of the Kobqi which was reputed as the dragonhead of the desert, and got another name resonant “yinken”.Singing Sand Ravine is 110 meters in height and 200 meters in width, 45 degrees in gradient with crescent topography creates a massive echoing sand wall .it is a marvelous, top-notch natural tourism resource. The transparent water in the desert ----the desert lake is 2 km from the crescent echoing sand wall, and it is a small square sand that it is humid year in and year out. It was regarded as the “desert sweet fountain”. There is a field higher than the desert from the desert lake towards the west 3 km. the field is 1486 meters above the sea level. There is the famous yinken yurt on it. The mysterious phenomenon that the sand can sing attracts the tourists from all over the world to come and enjoy on it.

Day 3:  Breakfast / Lunch

After breakfast, we will visit the  "Lord" Genghis Khan Mausoleum (160KM about 2.5 hours). You can understand the lifetime of the world famous Mongolian army leader. Then return to Hohhot. Have a trip to the largest ethnic handicrafts production base---Meng - liang handicrafts factory. You can see the production process of handicrafts. End pleasant journey!
-Genghis Khan Mausoleum: The Mausoleum of Genghis Khan is located along a river in Kandehuo Enclosure, Xinjie Town, Ejen Khoruu Banner, Ordos Prefecture Level City (formerly Yeke Juu league) , Inner Mongolia, People's Republic of China. The Mausoleum is not the real burial place of the Khan, which has never been discovered; it is a cenotaph, where the coffin contains no body, but only headdresses and accessories. It was built between 1954 to 1956 by the government of the PRC and not in the traditional Mongol style. The coordinates for the mausoleum are 39:22:16N 109:46:46E. It is 115 kilometers (62 miles) north of Yulin, and 55 kilometers (30 miles) south of Dongsheng. There is a new interchange (39:20:10N 109:50:23E) on highway 210 leading directly to the site.

Note: Inner Mongolia has extreme weather. There is a dramatic difference in temperature between day and night. It is necessary to take some warm clothing or rent them on the spot when you travel on the grassland. It is also one of the driest regions in China. You are kindly reminded to bring hydrated and take moisturizing lotion to protect your skin.
