What a fantastic 4 days!! We were met by Cookie our guide who was so knowledgeable,courteous and a wonderful companion who proceeded to take us on a truly memorable tour the highlight of which was the Terra Cotta Warriors. There was sufficient flexibility in the programme to allow for as long as we wished at the main sites. The Sofitel Hotel was a most acceptable base in Xian. We can wholeheartedly recommend this tour to anyone wishing to visit this part of China but take care not to eat all the food on offer as it can severely affect your waistline.
