When i booked a ticket from Beijing to Lhasa and paid for it, they enailed me saying that tjey couldnt get it done and that I would get a full refund. It has been over a month and countless of unanswered emails and I still haven't gotten that refund back. Prior to that, I found it very difficult to communicate with anyone.
On the plus side, the ONLY thing that workes out was the plane ticket from Lhasa to Chongqing but I think they outsourced that to a different country.
I am still waiting for my full refund. It was a large sum of money.
