Review of Air E-Ticket by Fee

For the past 3 years, I used chinaTour.net, to purchase air line tickets, I got good and fast response from the travel agency, however, I was very disappointed recently because China Tour.net failed to inform me about a flight cancellation. I found out as my sister had booked the same flight and China Eastern Airline had contacted her, to offer her an earlier flight, due to the original flight being cancelled. I would have arrived at the airport and found out that the flight was cancelled. Even if I was offered alternative flight, it would have ruined my travel plan. I had to take the initiative to contact China Tour.net and was then rebooked to an earlier flight. This incident has put me off using your service again
