In summary, I found it quite OK.
What I liked:
* People were (mostly) friendly, and spoke English at the reception desk
* The room was OK, and the bed fine
* The pick-up and drop-off service was very convenient
What I did not like:
* There should be an option to book a non-smoker room, and that should be located in an area away from smoker rooms:
In the evening, it started to smell really smoky in my room, even though I had the door closed all the time - just because
everybody in my hallway was smoking. The smell crept through the door, or the air condition, or whatever.
* They could be a little more generous with toilet paper and store one extra roll in the bathroom. I absolutely dislike to run
out of that in a hotel room, and it's so unneccessary!
* A few signs to certain facilities could be put up - one had to ask even where the restaurant was. And even though the
ad in the lift boasts that there is a pool table, etc., without hunting for it or asking, there is no way of finding it.
* Also meal times could be announced somewhere at reception. I deliberately asked what breakfast hours were,
and was told that it starts at 6am. Not provided with an end time, I of course assumed that one could have breakfast
any time (at least before lunch). But when I arrived at 9:30, I was laughed at for trying to find breakfast so late...
