Everything went extremely smooth, my clients were very satisfied with the service provided by chinatour.net. The only negative comment I received was regarding the audio guide that I purchased for all six visitors - they were not able to use it because none of them had service data on their phones, there was no Wi-Fi on the grounds of the Forbidden City and therefore the audio guide was useless. Apart from the audio guide/internet problem, all other services provided by your company were grade A, we would definitely recommend this service to other parties or use it again ourselves on further visits.
