 | Beijing Forest Land Hotel
I stayed at the Beijing Forest Land Hotel 4 nights. ChinaTour.Net rated it as a 4 Star Hotel, however the hotel rates itself as a 3 Star Hotel, 2 Star is much more accurate. I was on the 4th floor and there are no elevators! I was in an inside room with no window which made it horrible for me to adjust to the 12hr time change. It was dark all the time. When i did go to sleep the workers made noise on the balcony early in the morning. With all that said, the price was excellent, I did have a bathroom in my room with hot water. I did feel safe, and I was only steps away from the subway. If I had known it was a 2 Star vs a 3 Star I would have no complaints, but because I thought it was a 3 Star I expected more. If u a looking for a cheap clean place to sleep while u tour a fabulous city then this is a good pick for you. If u need any extra ammenities like a social scene, nice restaurant or view, then go somewhere else.
