Location wise, not too bad. Room is clean. The only problem I encountered was communicating with the hotel staff as they can't converse very well in English, hence, that prove to be quite difficult when requesting or inquiring for anything. Also, they are quite sticky about late checkout (even if it was for 30minutes). I was closed to being charged half day rate for the 30minutes late!
