Beijing Sunworld Hotel (former Tianlun Songhe Hotel)
We stayed at the Songhe from Sept. 22- Sept. 29. This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel and we have never been disappointed. The location and value are great. The staff are very friendly and always eager to help. Without question, we would stay here again. I stayed in this hotel for 10 days. The rooms are very well furbished, but the walls between rooms need further insulation. I could hear my neibour. The front desks and receptions are not very hospitable. Otherwise it is very convinient.

Beijing Sunworld Hotel (former Tianlun Songhe Hotel)
The room was very well decorated but the walls need to be better insulated as I could almost hear my neigbour breathe.Hotel is in an excellent central location. Taxis are available within a minute of stepping out the front door. Rooms spacious and clean . Housekeeping was very efficient and polite. But i cannot say the same for the front desk and reception I am afraid they have forgotten the word HOSPITALITY.

Beijing Sunworld Hotel (former Tianlun Songhe Hotel)
I and my family stayed at this hotel for 4 nights (Nov 11-15). Hotel is well located near Wangfujing streetmall and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. Staffs were friendly and courteous but I was disappointed that they did not have any non-smoking room. We had to keep the window open all of the time to keep fresh air coming in. They also let people smoke in public areas like the lobby and lifts. The room and facilities were old. I don't think I would comeback to this hotel.

Beijing Sunworld Hotel (former Tianlun Songhe Hotel)
Stayed here in November for 2 nites found the hotel very convenient to Wang Fujing walking street for shopping and taxis right at door. Staff friendly and room, while rather on the 'tired' side was fair for price. Would stay again.

I stayed at Tianlun Songhe Hotel for four nights ending 29th sept 2006.Well located and comfortable ,it was a pleasure staying there, would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.Another plus was availibility of taxis,the staff was friendly and courteous.good work Songhe, but you should not be charging your guests for internet facilities in the secong floor business room, thats not in keeping with the norms of good hotels throughout the world.

Beijing Sunworld Hotel (former Tianlun Songhe Hotel)
2006-7-28 to 31 2 rooms, 4 nights. We used the reviews on your website in selecting the Sonje Hotel. Location was great. Accommodations comfortable. We bought bottled water at the super market 15 bottles for 16RMB. They wanted 3-5 RMB at most of the tourist stops. Had dinner at the Chinese restaurant across the street. The food was very good. This was recommended by other reviewers.

Beijing Sunworld Hotel (former Tianlun Songhe Hotel)
We stayed 8 nights in Tianlun Songhe Hotel in the middle of jun 2006,it was PERFECT. everything was great about this hotel, the location cant be better, 50 m from the main shopping street Wangfujing with all its restaurants ,shops and cafes,and stell once we were in the room it was very quite. The staff was very nice,spoke good english , very friendly,and were very helpful when needed. The room that we stayed in(standard room) was great, A/C ,big TV with 65 channels, big bed and very clean bathroom. It was realy a pleasure to be in Beijing,and staying in The Tianlun Songhe Hotel made our stay even more pleasent, for sure we will be back to Beijing and we will stay in the same hotel.

I stayed 5 nights at Tianlun Songhe Hotel (Beijing). Good points: - Good location near Wangfujing. - Service and room space average. Bad points: - Room is too dim for any decent reading at night. - Furnishing and fixings are old and due for a change.

Price, quality ratio is absolutely perfect. Specially the complementery internet. Location is ok. Recommendation to use the hotel next time again. Also personel was polite and service driven

Beijing Sunworld Hotel (former Tianlun Songhe Hotel)
We stayed at this hotel for two weeks for a recreational holiday, it was great! The hotel is located just around the corner from the bustling 'shopping' street, Wang Fu Jing (dajie!), there is a supermarket (open til 9pm) acroos the road, together with a fast-food cafe. The metro is 10-15 min. walk away (station: Wang Fujing). We were upgraded (to either deluxe, or executive), which is a large room with couch/sofa & coffee table - which was also great! Breakfast at the hotel is OK, but a little expensive (for Beijing/China) at RMB 68 each - but amply provided with fresh & tinned fruit, some cereal, typical Western hot buffet (but also congee!), breads & pastries, juices, tea&coffee, and made-to-order omelettes. Concierge helped us as much as possible - we did a number of DIY excursions (long distance buses to Great Wall, villages, Mountains, etc.) - they told us how to get there (bus stop), bus nos., etc. Beijing Tourist office on same street (next block W) - but they're not as helpful as concierge! Great restaurant nearby too, red laterns out front, past B. Tourist office.
