The hotel was great. We had executive rooms with views over the Forbidden City. We were upgraded to rooms with a superb spa bath and separate shower and a huge bed. We could use a lounge on the top floor with superb views, with free happy hour snacks, tea and coffee. This was great as we were a party of 6 and we enjoyed meeting up after our days out exploring. We also had breakfast up there, included in the room rate, in a quiet setting.
The staff were polite and helpful and the hotel's location was pretty good. It was a long walk to Tianamen Square though.
