I have stayed at this Hotel a number of times. It is the only Hotel I will stay at when I'm in Changsha. I cannot fault it in any way. The staff, rooms, service, etc. are outstanding, the managers speak quite good English and the breakfasts are absolutely stunning! A huge choice of food from salads to hot dishes, cakes, sushi, you name it and it's probably there to eat! Take a tip from me and purchase their VIP card(100RMB), you then get upgraded to a superior room at a reduced rate of 298RMB! In fact you get your 100RMB back on your first night, and the longer you stay the more you save. This is a quite exceptional Hotel, without doubt the best I have stayed in, in China, and I've stayed in many cities, many Hotels, but Da Cheng holds the Crown. If you go to Changsha, stay here, you won't regret it.
