This hotel was very disappointing. We got our reviews for it on TripAdvisor and it got very high marks from the reviewers. Yes the staff was very nice but the rooms were dismal. We travel in China for business and are often in smaller areas but this hotel was one of the worst 2 we stayed in last month.
One of our party was contacted bythe manager to help him translate some information into English and she was very happy to do this for him. She explained at the time that this hotel desperately needs the rooms to be cleaned and updated. We will look for another option in Changsha.
