 | Chengdu Bin Jiang Hotel
on the first night 16 Oct.2009, I requested the hotel to change the new room as no hot water, and TV is bad, the front desk was good changing the better room for me, so I stay one more night before leave to Jiuzhaigo for 4 days. I booked Bin Jiang Hotel before leaving. as I think the hotel is close to down town and the bus station, and I could not easily access to the internet. it is hard to look for the lower rate than this hotel if not access to the internet.
When I came back from Jiuzhaigo on the 22 -23 the front desk is OK for the same hotel rate that I have booked, but on the 24 oct. the other personel who was a lady require to raise up the room rate 80 yuan more than the rate that I have booked. she said the hotel is full with the guests come to conference in Chendu, my room rate is lower than the new comer so she want me to pay the new rate.
I decline to pay the raise up rate, so we have quarrel as it was not fair to me, and I told them that they could not chase me out by raising the rate as I have booked already. I told them I will complain to the Tourism Bureau and the Hotel complaint center, they didn't do the professional business, they just do the Chinese business. and they wasting my time, as I had to look for another hotel to stay, and as I am travel alone it is difficult for me to move my baggages. after the quarrel one day they have changed their mind in the following day. as I was going to check they allow me to stay until I left for my country at the same rate that I have booked. I think they changed their mind as they didn't want me to report to the Tourism Bureau and the Hotel complaint center.
anyway this hotel is quite clean but the front desk personel could not understand english, I found only one person who could understand english.
