Disappointed that we were given incorrect information regarding luggage drop off, food and drinks. We were told that we could not leave our luggage on board early but in fact the boat staff were very pleased and accommodating to leave our luggage at 10am. We were told that we could not bring food or alcoholic drinks on board. But in fact they were very happy for us to bring beer and wine on board together with fruit and snacks.
The trip deal was great and the guide services, food and service above expectations. If you get your marketing right customers will be much happier than we were.
