Review of Guangzhou Rosedale Hotel & Suite by Kyriakos

Dear Sir, I received you message and thank you very much for your interesting. My comments about the hotel ROSEDALE is very satisfy and the Hotel is perfect . . In the Hotel Rosedale I was with my partners in my Company Mr. Analampidakis and Mr. Brilakis . We had reservation from 16-10-2007 to 21-10-2007 Mr. K. Brilakis And From 17-10-20007 to 21-10-2007 My self K.Palios and Mr. Analampidakis . And we had the rooms 2201 and 2120. Unfortunately in my Country Greece we had a very serious family problem and it was absolutely very urgent need to come back home two days before our reservation . We explain this to the hotel but the man in the reception said us that if we are leaving, according the hotel policy is obligatory to pay for all the rest days . So, we paid to them everything . According to all of the above, I would like to ask you if is really legal and tradition to China Hotels to pay for all days of reservation if something very important happened in to your life ? and also Why the hotel keep the rest of the money 3.700 RMB for Mr. Brilakis and 3.700 RMB for myself total 7.400 RMB without a legal receipt and only write the amount of the money at the end of my account without any other normal receipt .???? It is legal according Chine low to pay something without legal invoice. In attachment I have the invoices from the hotel to see what exactly happened .
