Confronted by the Elephant Trunk Hill, it covers an area of 30-acres. It is the most magnificent 4-Star hotel in Guilin with a colorful ambience and excellent recreational facilities. The hotel has 607 guestrooms, including 589 standard rooms (100 rooms for Moslems), 15 deluxe suite rooms, 2 executive suite rooms and one Presidential Suite. All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, IDD, DDD, satellite TV, tub and mini-bar.

The Palace Ballroom can accommodate up to 600-guests. There are also two smaller function rooms with a capacity of 100-persons each. These can also be sub-divided into three smaller rooms. All are epuipped with telephones, separate entrances and serve both European and Chinese cuisine. A multiple language translate system, video cassette recorders, TV monitors, cassette tape recorders, PA systems slide and overhead projectors are all available.

The hotel is beautifully located and everywhere in Guilin, nothing is very far, hence the large numbers of electric scooters being used for transport.
