Guilin Park Hotel
Not recomended because of the stubborness and lack of honesty of Mr. Liao Wenbin (assistant Manager). In spite of having a written confirmation for the rate, he declined it and charged us for more. As for breakfast, it was clearly written on my confirmation 50 Rmb per person, and he charged 136 for 2. (His interpretation for that was that "Breakfast" means "Chinese Breakfast" not Western.) De facto, there was only one type of breakfast in the Hotel! After paying my bill, I drove to the Sheraton Hotel which is by far more luxurious and spotlessly clean, and found out that the difference beteween the rate of Park Hotel and Sheraton was only $25.- per night. Much better for a little more!!

Guilin Park Hotel
This is a great hotel loocated in a nice area along the waterline. The hotel standard is really high and service and cleaning was excellent. In total this hotel is really good value for money.

Guilin Park Hotel
This is a great find - easily the best hotel in Guilin and excellent value for money. We liked it so much we extended our three night stay into a week. Well located on a picturesque lake with scenic backdrop, few minutes walk away from good local restaurants and from one of the city's main sights. Facilities are excellent - swimming pool, table tennis etc and rooms very clean and pleasant. Highly recommended.
