The management and staff of this hotel really provides a service of international standards. Our three night stay was the highlight of our trip to China. Most staff members could speak and understand English and were over too willing to help make our stay a very pleasant and memorable one. It was our 25th anniversary and the staff at reception gave us a free upgrade to a sea facing room. The hotel management surprised us with the most Devine anniversary cake as well as a complimentary bottle of wine.
We will most definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that visits Sanya.
