Kunming – Jinhua International Hotel (June / 2013)
Stayed at this hotel one night with my family. This was the worst hotel of our entire trip. First of all, no-one could even find the place. My wife wife speaks fluent Chinese, and everyone was clueless. Well, maybe if ChinaTour website could get the name right, it would help. The name of the hotel is actually, Qianlvchen Hotel. It’s probably better that they keep the name wrong. The A/C didn’t work, and when we went to use the shower, the knobs fell off. The shower was dirty and mold everywhere. There was no refrigerator, even though the description said they have one in the room. Called the front desk, and they only have one refrigerator in the hotel. Mosquitoes were flying around the room, and the room had a terrible smell of smoke. Definitely not recommended.
