The hotel is good and it is the only hotel in Lanzhou with good location near to all our need as family at the same time the service provided by the hotel is good and this is not the first time i do stay in this hotel . Whenever i visit Lanzhou i do stay in this hotel , rooms are cleaned and housekeeping is excellent.All staff are friendly.
the only missing items is WI FI in the rooms and more people speak english language.
