Your service is terrible. I tried to book train tickets. My credit card was denied so I called by bank to get it fixed. I put my order through again but nobody from ChinaTour processed the orders. I had to call and be told they hadn't been worked on or processed. I then had to call back the next day to be told that the train seats were totally booked. Esther who answered the phone had no appreciation for the fact for the inconvenience or the failed service. All she wanted to do was ask me what different trains I wanted to take. Denial of terrible service and pretending that there was no problem. You can be assured, ChinaTour will be the last pick for us on our next trip. My guess is that ChinaTour will not even try to make this right. It's really unfortunate when even the most basic customer service skills are lacking - processing orders, contacting when orders have a problem, and acknowledging when customer service has failed.
