We reserved tickets on Beijing to Suzhou train on 13th October at 17,00. We reserved them in June to make sure that we have places. Then we received the following email confirming that the tickets will be issued one month ahead.

Now they say their not sure if they can issue the tickets and offering us a nother train which takes 2 more hours for the journey. We are puzzled. Why can't they issue the tickets that we booked long ago?
