It is owned by Nanchang City Honggutan New Zone Urban Construction Investment & Development Company Limited and is positioned as a business and resort hotel. This is the first hotel in the Southeast Asian style in Jiangxi province and has 149 deluxe business guestrooms and suites, an international conference center with the capacity of 400 guests, a ballroom, cafe, a lounge, a bar, a restaurant in Thai style with more than 20 deluxe balconies, and a fitness club.
