The room was small, the furniture was cheap, the Internet connection did not work, and the mattress was like a piece of stiff cardboard. I immediately went back to the front desk and cheked out. I was charged for the night anyway. The location is in the middle of a very chaotic and noisy section of downtown. Cheap and sitll not worth the price. How this hotel got five stars is a mystery to me. As a previous review stated, better to go out to the Marriott -- out on the edge of the city but more liveable.
