The Nanyuan Hotel, located in the commercial center of Ningbo, is the first 5-star hotel in Zhejiang. The hotel includes a 28-story main building with a total construction area of 45,000 square meters.

Currently, the hotel's third phase of project is well underway. Plans are to build a multifunction hall as large as 2100 square meters, an indoor swimming pool, outdoor tennis courts, gardens, and an apartment complex to support about 100 units.

The six different style of restaurants offer both Chinese & Western cuisine, with a total capacity of 1500 seats.

The Nanyuan also provides a number of other facilities including a fully equipped business center, 3 grand ballrooms, and 6 meeting rooms. Extensive audio-visual equipment and lighting systems are also available under professional control.
