Booking through ChinaTour.Net was a very pleasant and good experience. It was fast, efficient and very reliable. Initially I was apprehensive. The price was reasonable, the location very convinient, one stop by MRT to Tian Ann Man square and Qian Man, very close to Wang Fu Qian. Very close to shopping centres and eateries.

I was very pleased with both the standard of the room and the helpfulness of the staff. Very priceworthy!

Nice hotel, friendly staff, well organised for China. We arrived at 8.30 hour in the morning, but a room was cleaned for us right away. After 15 minutes waiting, we could enter our room. The booking through HotelguideChina went very well. No problems at all. They had a fax behind the reception with all de details and the check-in was very fast and easy. They asked for a deposit of 500 RMB (50 euro). They provide laundry service for a reasonable price. Very well organised, same day service. The rooms on the 4th floor were big enough, with nice bathroom. Two notes: our room was a bit dark (not much light from outside due to blue windows and not much lamps inside) and the carpet was really dirty. (sticky and full of hairs) The location of the hotel is really great. Next to Chongwenmen underground station, 15 minutes walk from Beijing Central Railwaystation, with a busstop just across the road, where you can take a bus to Tiananmen or Temple of Heaven. Very handy. Across from the hotel, in the New World Shopping Centre, you will find an ATM machine to withdraw money. And on the other side of the street you will find a Bank of China, to change money. The Beijing Duck restaurant downstairs in the hotel is very nice, good food! There are also a lot of restaurants near the hotel, Western as well as Chinese. I can really recommend this hotel to anybody traveling to Beijing.

The hotel was more than expected: price-comfort ratio excellent, friendly English-speaking staff, relatively close to all the sights. The neighbourhood feels a bit uncomfortable at night. There seems to be two kinds of breakfasts in the hotel: one for foreigners and for the Chinese. Since I did not find the entrance to the breakfast for the foreigners I followed the Chinese to their breakfast and it tasted absolutely fantastic! The Beijing roasted duck in the restaurant linked to the hotel tasted also very very good.

The service in the hotel was very bad and the staff was unfriendly. Breakfast was not good at all, and the rooms are very dirty. Not recommended...

Good: location, the metro station is just in front of the hotel. Easy way to get anywhere by metro in Beijing Bad: bad smell in the rooms, not really clean, rooms should be renovated, only chinese breakfast, not clean restaurant

Hotel is quite good, 3 Km from Tian'anmen Square. The rate quality/price is good: clean room , quite big for a resonable expense. A bit expensive the tour to Badaling Great Wall (reserved in Hotel). Better ask to a travel agency. Anyway the staff paid attention to custom's requires. Breakfast is a mixture between Chinese and western food. Not bad.

The good: location. The bad: Rooms stink of smoke, double bed tiny and uncomfortable, service lousy, food at restaurant attached ordinary. Find an alternative if you can. We will avoid the Hademan next time.

Hi All Don\'t ask for the extra bed in the Beijing Hademen Hotel, the additional Bed was a hinged table and two bedsheets and for that you have to pay extra! for breakfast you can have coffee and some old slice of bread we also order orange juice and we recived one glass of water and one fizzy tablet?

Booking through ChinaTour.Net was a very pleasant and good experience. It was fast, efficient and very reliable. Initially I was apprehensive. My wife and I stayed for three nights. The price was reasonable, the location very convinient, one stop by MRT to Tian Ann Man square and Qian Man, very close to Wang Fu Qian. Very close to shopping centres and eateries. Room was comfortable and service very good. When we checked in one glass had \'spit\' in it. Reception service depended alot on individuals. some very curt and some were very helpful. I would like to thank the lady manager who helped us to arrange for a change of room. One bad experience: the taxi that the Hademen hotel staff booked for us charged us 160 yuan. I understand the normal fare to Beijing airport is about 90 to 100 yuan. It was not easy to see if the meter was switched on although I did asked that it should be.
