April 24-25 2008 We had good time in Shanghai but front desk of this Hotel did not have much of information about public transportations especially Metro exit number to Hotel and also misinformation about how close to Hotel from JiangSu road metro station in their advertising not few steps away from the JiangSu road metro station it is 20 – 30 mins of walking specially with my 75 years old mother there was no taxi at the time. Very disappointed, location was the fact that we have booked this hotel close to the Metro station. Some of the suit is so small you just want to have a large room also Broadband Access in the room is not free you pay up to over $10 a day and not always work. We had breakfast in the Hotel they have served us bed maybe days old coffee. We will never recommend to anyone.

6/8/2007 Rooms were spacious and presentable. Location was good, with close eateries just a few minutes walk down the road.

6/8/2007 check-in experience was not so good. As popular as it is (at least during my stay it was very occupied) check in time should be faster so customers do not have to wait in line for so long. _ Hotel room itself was good. Nicely decorated, feel like home. However, cleaning needs more improvement. _ Price is very reasonable _ Service was good. Top managers tend to be well trained. But not the regular employees _ Location was good. Center of the city. Easy access to west and east. _ Overall was good! _ I would recommend this hotel to friends.

Stayed a total of 11 nights. Hotel is value for money. Room is extremely clean as at Oct 2006. Money changing service is poor. There is a limit to the amount that they changed per day for the hotel not in terms of per guest. Weekend is a problem as there is no money changing service. Hotel has only one food outlet and staff of neighbouring food outlets are not so friendly.
