We enjoyed our tour very much. Our guide Kevin Hu went above and beyond the call of duty. The day of our tour happened to be the day the earthquake struck China, and Kevin was very helpful to us in the circumstances. We went to the Dumpling Dinner and Show in the evening, and even though Kevin was called away to remove his belongings as his apartment had been affected by the earthquake, he came back after the show to make sure we were all right, and gave us his name, phone number and email address, in case we needed assistance the next day in rearranging our plane bookings. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and his English skills were excellent. This was one of the best tours we had in China. We very much enjoyed the Pagoda (where the monks happened to be celebrating Buddha's birthday - a rare treat ) and the Terracotta warriors were of course spectacular, even without the earthquake! The meal was very good buffet style, and there was no pressure from the many shops inside the restaurant building. We enjoyed the factory, and only bought what we really felt we wanted. The City wall was interesting, but by that time we were a little tired, and probably didn't appreciate it as much as we should have. All in all, the tour was well organised, efficiently run and very enjoyable. We were picked up promptly in a comfortable car, and the whole experience was well worth the money. Thank you Kevin, we would love to use your services again.

Thank you so much for the tour, it was great. Jenny was well informed, and very friendly with great language skills. We all had a great time, and enjoyed our history lesson immensely. The driver was proficient, courteous and helpful. We will highly recommend your tour company to any of our friends, and people we meet. Thank you for arranging the tour for us on such short notice. Have a happy prosperous and safe New Year. Renee, Janet and Brian

The guide rang us up the night before to confirm the pick up time and location. Overall the one day tour was very relaxed and enjoyable but the price of 700RMB per person (just the 2 of us, private tour) was rather high as we only paid 400RMB for a 2 day tour in Beijing the week before (but it was in a larger group of 7 or 9, coach tour).

The tour was very good. The guide rang up our hotel the evening before the tour and confirmed the pickup location and time. She was very considerate that my husband spoke English and my 10 year old nephew spoke Chinese only, and she had to speak both Chinese and English. That did make her very busy. We throughly enjoyed it and appreciated it. The tour to a factory and the tea-house had no pressure for buying things at all, as the tour guide left us free whilst herself was back on the bus. We would have bought some nice tea, but the Australian custom wouldn't allow loosely packed tea leaves into the country. The bus driver was very friendly and helpful. We asked him to drop us at a particular location rather than the hotel. He did so and told us where, in the evening was not safe to go and what care we should take. We appreciated the experience that personal care and trust were given to us.
