 | Used to on business trip to Guangzhou, just happen that there were full house in the hotel that i usually stay, and fortunately there is a room for me in Furama hotel. I satisfied with the price & the room however, i was very dissapointed by the attitude from the front desk staff. All of them are very, very rude inclusive the front desk "Manager". Advise the GM to pay more attention and to educate them the "POLITE" way to treat their customers especially in the hotel, although you are only 3 stars hotel but the customers still deserve good service. There are 3 NO at the front desk :-
1) No Manner
2) No Smiling
3) No System.
hope you there is a change in your hotel next time if there is a change. Rating was bad due to the front desk staffs
