It was my second stay at this location this year. Kind and helpful personal. Last time I had a renovated room for this price, this time I got a quite louzy room, needing some repairs I did ask to change,...thought the hotel was apparently not full, they said the room I had last time was normally for the higher price.....oh well, found some hotel nearby for a lower price, new and clean rooms, with wifi, for my next trip, if they have a room, I'll book there instead. But if no room, I'll come back to that one D. T. Switzerland

The location is excellent for everything and is in a quiet street. The staff are great, friendly and helpful. The rooms are very good but however as I found initially some are not very good.My first room let no sun in, was small and got cold quickly. I changed to a much bigger better room with heat.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our family is very lucky to have booked in this hotel, its price is like a hostel but the amenities is good, their staff are friendly, they will help you with your questions, they have tour packages being offered at discounted price (our 2 day tour to Xi'an was priced at RMB500 each instead of 620.) They will even teach you how to go around Beijing. It was blocks away from the subway station, which is RMB2.00 per trip. The room got heaters, the rooms are clean, with free internet use, they even have left luggage service, wherein you can leave your bags then go to another City without bringing all you luggages. I will definitely go back in this Hotel because our whole family is planning to go to Beijing next year.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It is in a very incospicuous location (the taxi driver even spent 20 extra minutes looking for it), but I found the location perfect (once I found it!! LOL), simply because it made me feel like part of the neighborhood. It is definitely not a "family on vacation" type hotel. It was clean and cleaned everyday of my month stay, but it just seemed a "run down". Please keep in mind I did say it was clean. The employees were very friendly and honest, there was an incident were I left my Ipod on the bed and when I returned to my cleaned room the Ipod was in still on the bed. If you are single or a couple looking for an adventure in China and not some "upscale" hotel that almost seems to cheapen the experience, then this could be the hotel for you.
