lido's hotel was good and very comfortable. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Lido is located just in front of the nice bustling Beijing Lu, just a perfect location for those who want to do shopping in GZ. I booked the standard room with a reasonable cheap price online & when i arrived there, the standard rooms are full already & the hotel upgraded my rooms to Business room with the same price. Will stay in this hotel again on my next trip to GZ.

Lido Hotel is queit famous in gaungzhou and is pretty cheap if you book online. The rooms are very good and location of the hotel is very good. the staff is very helpful you can have great experience at less cost.

room is good and clean only that the furnitures are quite old and not attractive and without any bathrobes. Accessible location.

lido's hotel was good and very confortable. The staffs especially miss YVONNE and other staff of lido hotel were really professional and attentives to ones demand, very kind, polite,understanding,hard-working, with a long lasting smile. THEY MADE ME FEEL AT HOME. I've travelled around almost all around the world, but that was exactly my first time in Guangzhou-China, and lido hotel in Guangzhou cannot be compared to other hotels. I was really satisfied and happy the way lido's staff treated me coupled with thier spacious rooms and clean place. I would definitely recommend lido hotel to every business executives and private people & families that intend to stay in Guangzhou-China. AND A MILLION THANKS TO THE STAFFS OF THE AGENT HOTEL GUIDE CHINA THAT DID ALL THIER POSSIBLE BEST TO FIND ME A ROOM IN LIDO'S HOTELIN GUANGZHOU. DESPITE THE HOTELS WERE FULLY BOOKED IN GUANGZHOU AS REGARDS TO THE CANTON FAIR IN GUANGZHOU. I SHOULD BE IN GUANGZHOU IN JUNE, AND I HOPE YOU WILL FIND ME A ROOM IN LIDO HOTEL BASED ON THE SAME REASONABLE PRICE. GOD BLESS YOU ALL. AMEN Regard's joe

I had got a nightmare at this Hotel in GZ. I checked in around 8.30pm on 15 January with my Chinese, younger friend. They said the China law has not allow Chinese stay together with the foriegner. Then I asked the recieptionist how to do? She only say I need to check out but I need to pay 1 night even I just arrive within 1 hour. Then I asked her to talk with the night shift manager to solve the problem for us, she kept aswered me the same as her sub-ordinator. I felt very terible with the Chinese receiptionist girl and her manager here. They got angry me as I did a very bad thing to them. Very scary service I never met this before. I would like to recommend the tourist that DO NOT SIMPLY TO CHOOSE THIS HOTEL. Very terrible time at that night.
