Good points: good space; very decent daily room cleaning service; good location - in the center of the city although surrounded by a not very nice but safe neighborhood. Breakfast buffet is good with chineses and international cuisine. Need to improve: Beds are a little hard; front desk stuff should have more knowledge of whats available nearby; bedrooms carpet have some stains, should be changed to wood floor as in living rooms. A la Carte dinning not very good you rather have dinner somewhere else. overall is a pretty good money to value option.

All in all the hotel is a very good value. The bed is very hard, and the staff is so so. But I would definately stay again. It would be great for a family with children.

Good points: Huge space; very decent daily room cleaning service; good laundray service; honest room service stuff (return items forgotten at room after check out); good location - in the center of the city Need to improve: Beds are extremely hard; front desk stuff should have more knowledge of whats available nearby; bedrooms carpet is fully of stains, should be changed to wood floor as in living rooms.

A good value for the money. Spacious flat, well equiped but double bed a little bit small. Nice staff and good location

Value for money. Located in the heart of the city, 10 - 15 mins walk to the Bund/Huangpu river. Excellent European style breakfast. Restaurant is normal quality, I recommend the duck. Kitchenette has a microwave, you can buy ready Chinese food across the corner from the hotel. May be a little difficult for the first timer in the city as the staff knows little about local restaurants and attraction. In all other matter, the staff is helpful. They provide a big bowl of drinking water free of charge in the room. Carry the hotel's card as taxi drivers do not know it well. Will stay again. The nearest metro is People's Square...
