Cancel Flight Booking, Request Refund
We can Only refund for the flight bookings made from ChinaTour.Net

Note:
1. Refund can be requested before or after the flight departure date(refundable within one year). so don't worry if you missed your flight, you can still request refund if you did not take the flight nor used the E-ticket.
2. Refund amount will be calculated according to the flight cancellation policy.
3. If you only want to change flight date(or time) and do not change airlines company and route, we suggest you request "Change flight" instead of "Cancel flight" booking, the E-ticket will be open status for one year if you did not take your flight, you can always change your flight date at a earlier or later time, you only need a little change fee to change the flight date or time, as long as the same airlines flight and the same route.
