We got really nice apartment, high standard, there was kitchen, shower,microvave oven, TV,DVD.
This is high security facility, with secururity doors and guards, so you can feel safe here.
Internet access free of charge and really broadband!
Hovewer air conditioner was entirely in chineese, and they don't have one for english speaking perosons, fortunately nice concierge do translation for us.
One thing bad was breakfast, we got cold eggs, 4! loafs of bad bread, no plates and "orange juice" which maybe some orange on photo ;-).
We were only one Western people in whole building I saw. It seems it is some apartments for nearby banks and companies employes.
So, if you want rent nice apartment and can provide own food and kitchen utensils you can rent it.
And yes people in reception speak english, other personel no.
