Firstly after receiving confirmed reservation on 11th November, being due to arrive late on the 23rd..rang to confirm on the 23rd that my flight had been delayed and wouldn't be arriving at the hotel until 1-1.30am only to be told I had no booking. After exhausive negotiation 20-25mins on mobile, with the hotel it was left for them to either find a room in the hotel or in another hotel as I would be arriving at 1.30am. Rang China tour who confirmed the booking and commented that they would sort out the missunderstanding, which within 10mins they had sorted out. So upon arrival at 1.30am I found I had been upgarded from single delux to Executive King size room..which although very nice for 4hours stay was a waste of time. In terms of staying at this hotel again..it would be questionable as it would appear they do not cover or keep to their reservations.
