Very bad as no one can speak english well. Hotel is near around the tourist destination but the communication thing is what really annoys me.. breakfast is not good... you have to wait for 20 minutes to serve your egg and bread and almost cold served. Just try other hotel!... More

i would recommend the hotel anytime to my friends... strategically located near Nanjing Road, shopping malls and the Bund... however, front desk personnels should be trained to speak i English especially the desk officer for the day. I had a hard time communicating what I needed.... More
