Had to sleep with earplugs. 1930's charming windows need to be updated with 2005 sound insulation to filter out the traffic noise from outside (chinese like to honk their car horns). Location is close to the Bund but not on it. Breakfast was the best of the 3 hotels I had in China, but price was also the highest.
