Review of Shanghai Silver Court Service Apartment by steven

It was my first time in Shanghai and I was very impressed by this accomodation, having stayed at alot of other hotels around the world, I would defintely recommend Silver Court apartment, its exceptional value for money. I arrived early from my flight and the staff ensured that I could take my room straight away even though it was still being cleaned. The room was great, very clean, nice wood floors, plus a balcony. The kitchenette area had all the things I needed for cooking breakfast and other small meals, and the bedroom and living area with tv were also in very good condition. The staff were friendly although their English could be a little better as my Chinese is very poor. They provided an ironing board for me so I could iron my creased shirts from the flight. The apartments are also in a good location for the old city and french concession areas and really not that far from Bund area. The guy in the forecourt area was also very helpful in getting me a taxi on the day I left. I will be visiting Shanghai again in the near future and will certainly be staying in Silver Court apartments again. nice stay thanks very much! Steve
