Very bad service, staff speak english, but not really true. A few speak something like english, but very bad. They laugh at you, if you have some complains. Our room was heated 28 degree C., and they could not change...？ The food in the restaurant is not good and when you complain, they don't care. You just have to pay for it.
The hotel is much too expensive with all. Bad cheap food 58 CNY and in good restaurant you can get it for 18 CNY and much much better.
My advise: DO NOT GO THERE...
