this is a nice looking hotel from the outside, the food was good the staff was fair ,we left after 2 nights

Shenzhen Best Western Felicity Hotel
Great hotel, beautiful view of river and green hills. Excellent room and very clean. Staff and housekeeping brilliant. Someone even took me down the street to find a shop that would recharge my phone. !! Sadly, I was only there for 2 nights, so only got to use the Atrium cafe and Lobby lounge, both excellent, so assume other facilities would be too. In future I will go straight from Australia to Shenzhen, forget H.K. and Kowloon ! The China Tour booking system was also so easy.
