Suzhou Garden View Hotel
We thought this place was stunning and the best we have stayed so far in China. The price was very reasonable, the breakfast delicious, the staff helpful and the location brilliant. Even the slippers were the best.

Suzhou Garden View Hotel
My favourite place to stay in Suzhou. Just around the corner from the Walking Street and a good starting point for seeing all the joys of the city. Sorry but Harry's Bar has gone (2009) but lots of places to eat, etc., nearby. Helpful staff and a beautiful setting with reasonable prices, this is very good value for the money. J. Suzhou Garden View Hotel
Best location you can get! Nexto Harry's Bar which is worth a visit in the evening... Saw a live group from Columbia which was pretty good. Breakfast isn't really worth 100RMB... so better skip it. Hotel asks 5RMB for a map...I usually got it for free in other hotels. Anyway, I'll give this hotel 8/10... lot's of funny gadgets on the room like paperclips & glue... In case you feel bored. You might also love feeding the fish... Just some glimpses of my impression, I'm a belgian so I'm used to European standards an all was ok.
